Goran Kočiš has garnered his experience and knowledge in first-rate and awarded restaurants. His culinary approach is based on moving boarders of contemporary cookery by merging innovative culinary techniques with dominant local seasonal foodstuffs. When he is not in the kitchen, where he pulls out layered tastes out of all ingredients he uses, Goran is in a constant search for supreme foodstuffs, and also for rare sorts made by smaller, high-quality producers.
