Graduated in 1978 at the Department of Tourism of the Faculty of Economy, University of Belgrade. During his studies, he worked at the “Šumatovac” restaurant, first as a cashier, and later as the restaurant manager.  In February 1982, together with his father and brother, he opens the “Franš” restaurant. In his own words, since then, his biography is inseparable from the restaurant.
