Dairy “Our Zlatka” is part of the project “FROM HILLS TO DAIRIES” – “From milk from our mountains” funded by the EU, which aims to strengthen the value chain of milk production in the cross-border area of ​​Serbia – Montenegro.
The dairy started operating in September 2017, and is equipped with the most modern equipment for processing 1,500 liters of milk per day into traditional products of the Zlatibor region, cheese and cream. Milk is processed only from registered agricultural farms from the territory of the Municipality of Cajetina, which provides help and support to small local producers.
