Promont Distillery
Was founded in 2010 in Novi Sad on the slopes of Fruska Gora as a part of Promont group. Our greatest passion is to produce fine brandy from different types of fruit. We have a tradition of love for fine drinks and modern technology. We strongly believe that the quality of raw materials and attention to detail in processing ensure a quality product. Only the best raw material is good enough and there is no compromise and nature has given us what we need high quality and delicious fruit. The brandies we produce are distinguished by their extraordinary natural taste and aroma.
After controlled fermentatiton, the fireplace is gently heated in a water bath to turn the perfect aroma of fully ripe fruit into noble distillates. For quality, it takes time for fruit brandies to mature for 24 months in stainless steel containers before adjusting to the desired strength.
The complete production process is controlled in a modern propulsion laboratory.
