Prof. Dr Miomir Nikšić is the head of Department for Industrial Microbiology at the Faculty of Agriculture in Zemun. He has been a UN consultant for 20 years in the fields of food safety and technology, and he organizes seminars and offers training courses in basic and advanced hygienic design. He is a member of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) and an associate of the USAID Cooperation for Growth project.
