Dr Mile Veljović
PhD of Food technology, Faculty of Agriculture - University of Belgrade
Dr Mile Veljović holds a PhD in Food technology from the Faculty of Agriculture – University of Belgrade.
During the period of 2012-2013 he was employed at the Institute of Economics in Belgrade. Since 2013, he has been working at the Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade, at the Department of Food preservation and Fermentation. Mile has been consulting in the field of fruit and vegetable processing for the past 10 years, and has worked on numerous scientific projects financed by the Ministry of Education and Science, Innovation Fund, EBRD as well as several other development projects. Besides project work, he has also published 3 university books and numerous articles in SCI and national journals, including more than 30 congress articles.
