Aleksandar Pavlović is a USAID CSS Chief of Party (COP).

Mr. Pavlović oversees the overall strategy and project management of the CSS project. A three-time COP and an emerging markets specialist, Mr. Pavlović has directly contributed to the successes of a number of USAID and World Bank projects. He brings 12 years of international best practices in trade, private sector development, and access to finance. Mr. Pavlović holds MA in International Affairs from La Salle University, Philadelphia.
